Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take for a design to be completed?
The timescale of a project is generally dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavour to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation of a site is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.

No, we do everything for you.
What happens when I complete your contact form?
If you are making an enquiry about a possible site you would like created, please provide a brief outline of your requirements. We will then mail you back promptly with an idea of price/timescale and any suggestions with regard to your project. You are not obliged to use our services at any stage during this process, so feel free to contact me to ask any related questions.
How do I get listed in Google?
We submit all websites we design to Google, Yahoo! and Bing so there is no need for you to worry about it.
Will we need to have a meeting in connection with the website design?
In the majority of cases a meeting isn't necessary and most of our websites are generally completed with contact via email and telephone only. We temporarily host the website within our own and liaise with you regularly to discuss the web designs in order that the design and functionality is exactly as you wish.
How do I update my website?
Simple - you don't. Our service is designed so that you inform us of changes you'd like made and we do it for you (dependent on which price plan you have opted for)
Do you guarantee that my site will always be available?
No web hosting service can guarantees 100% uptime as servers require backing up and routine maintenance. Downtime however is minimal and we endeavour to keep our clients informed if this is the case.

No is the simple answer.
